Returns Policy

We want you to love your Ain’t No Udder products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Returns Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds.

Because our products are skincare, we cannot accept returns once they have been opened or used. This is to protect the health and safety of our customers. If you change your mind about an unopened product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is in its original, unused condition. You will be responsible for the return postage costs.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing aint.no.udder@gmail.com. We may ask for a photo of the item to help us resolve the issue quickly. In these cases, we will either replace the product or issue you a full refund, including any postage paid.

Refunds will be made to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days once we have processed the return. Please note that shipping costs for unwanted items are non-refundable.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out as soon as possible — we’ll always do our best to make things right.
